Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026.

These terms govern your use of Buzmo Jobs at buzmo.co/jobs, its emails and its MCP server (the "Service"), provided by Buzmo ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

The Service requires you to connect your X account. With your consent, it uses that connection, with read access only, to search posts on X for job opportunities that match the settings you give us, labels them, sends you a daily email, and writes draft messages you request. The Service is in beta and may change.

2. You send everything

The Service never posts, replies, sends messages or submits applications for you. Links open X, a job page or your email program with a draft filled in, and you decide whether to send it. You are responsible for every message you send and for following the rules of X and of any site you apply on. Drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. Read and edit each one before sending.

3. No guarantee about jobs

Job posts are written by third parties. We do not verify them and do not guarantee that a job exists, is still open, is legitimate, or will lead to an interview or offer. Labels such as role, location, pay and fit are our automated reading of a post and may be inaccurate. Never pay anyone to apply for a job, and be careful with any post that asks for money or sensitive personal information.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18, provide a working email address, and have an X account in good standing. During the beta the number of accounts is limited, and new sign-ups may be placed on a waitlist. Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in. One account per person.

5. Free trial, price and billing

The free trial lasts 3 days or until 5 matches have been shown to you, whichever comes first. No payment card is needed for the trial. When the trial ends, searching stops until you subscribe. During the beta, a free trial may be unavailable when all beta spots are taken, in which case you can join the waitlist; subscribing is always available. After the trial the Service costs $15 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, plus any applicable tax. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable except where required by law. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price.

6. Usage limits

To keep the Service reliable and affordable, we limit how many X posts are read for each account (currently up to 1,500 per 30 days and 50 per day) and how many drafts can be written each day (currently 20). We may pause searches for all users if a provider fails or a cost limit is reached.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam or bulk messages, to harass anyone, to scrape or resell results, to attempt to access other accounts, or to break the law or the terms of X. You may not use the Service's results, including through the MCP server, to build a database of X content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. X content

Posts on X belong to their authors and are subject to X's terms. We show you links to posts, embeds served by X, and our own labels. AI tools connected through the MCP server receive post IDs, links and our labels only.

9. Changes and ending the Service

We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will tell you by email and stop billing. You can delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
